What happens after you submit
Statuses, the activity history, replies and notifications.
Your feedback goes to the company you chose. The people responsible for that category are notified.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Received and waiting to be picked up. |
| In Progress | Someone at the company is working on it. |
| On Hold | Paused, for example waiting on a decision. |
| Completed | The company has finished dealing with it. |
Activity
Each item has an Activity list showing when it was submitted, first opened by the team, assigned, replied to, and each change of status. You see that these things happened, not which member of staff did them.
Where to look
- Signed in: open Submissions and choose the item.
- No account: use "Check on your feedback" with your reference code. You can read the company's replies and answer them there.
Notifications
If you have an account you are notified when your feedback is received, when its status changes and when someone replies. You can change this in Settings.
