Send feedback without an account

A few short steps, a reference code at the end, and no sign-up needed.

You do not need an account to send feedback. Feedback sent this way is always anonymous: the company never sees who you are.

  1. On the home page choose "Use without an account", or open Find a Company, and pick the company.
  2. Choose a category, and a sub-category if the company offers them, then press Continue.
  3. Describe how it is done today, how it should be done, and why the change is needed. Priority and attachments are optional.
  4. Switch on "Send message as anonymous". If you leave it off, you are asked to sign in so the feedback can carry your name.
  5. Check the preview, and go back if you want to change anything.
  6. Complete the short puzzle that confirms you are a person.
  7. Read the Feedback Submission Terms and choose Accept & Continue.

Keep your reference code

The confirmation page shows a reference code that looks like RT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Copy it and keep it somewhere safe.

  • It is the only way to check on this feedback later.
  • It is shown once. Retabled stores it in a form that cannot be read back, so it cannot be recovered or re-sent.

Check on it later

Open "Check on your feedback" from the footer, enter your code, and you will see the status, what has happened so far, and any replies from the company. You can also add a reply of your own there, for example to answer a question from the team. It is sent without your name.
